You will not be able to cancel your payment if one of the following applies to you
◎ Paid products cannot be canceled
1. Some products have been notified in advance at the time of purchase that they cannot be canceled
2. Products that have been purchased more than 7 days ago
3. Products that take effect immediately after purchase
4. Monthly/Weekly subscription products
5. If you have used part of the package
6. Received an additional benefit with your purchase
7. Received the paid items/packages from your mailbox

- Account UID (Please go to Setting to check your UID. You can copy it in Setting.)
- Google : Purchase receipt's Order ID
- Apple : Full screenshot of your purchase receipt
